About Us
Our History
Warehime Enterprises was founded in 1951 by Harry Warehime as a holding and leasing company for Hanover Canning. Recognizing the need for locally grown vegetables and reliable harvesting, the company began purchasing farmland equipment to support these efforts.
Over the decades, subsequent generations established their own holding companies, which supported Hanover Brands and other family entities.
In 2019, Warehime Enterprises and ARWCO merged, forming Warehime Enterprise. This merger solidified the company’s position as a leader in farmland ownership and management. Today, Warehime Enterprise owns a portfolio of real estate, primarily farmland, that is being transitioned to regenerative organic practices. This commitment reflects our dedication to innovation, sustainability, and the preservation of agricultural heritage for future generations.
Warehime Farms is a fully owned subsidiary of Warehime Enterprise, focusing on all our farming and agroforestry activities.
